Easy and quick vegan pancake recipe. They become nice and fluffy, just like you want them to be. These pancakes can be a popular meal for health conscious athletes. Fuelling up on these pancakes in the morning will give you a good carbohydrate-source, which will give you energy for body, muscles and brain.
You can eat berries, peanut-butter, maple sirup and fruit on top to make it a nice and complete meal. These pancakes are made with moringa superfood, but you can basically use whatever powder superfood you desire. Moringa is a plant that is often called the miracle tree. Moringa has been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. Moringa contains a variety of proteins, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients
500 ml. Water
2 tsp. Salt
4 tbsp. Cane Sugar
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
6 dl. Wheat Flour
2 tsp. Sodium Bicarbonate
2 tbsp. Moringa Powder
(… or other superfoods)
Instructions
In a bowl: Mix well salt, sugar, vinegar and water together.
In another bowl: Mix well flour, Sodium and superfood/moringa.
Slowly pour the liquid into the flour mixture while whipping. (It should be a rather thick mixture)
Use a pre-heated non-stick frying pan.
(If you don’t have this kind of frying pan, you can then use a bit of oil before pouring the mixture.)
Use a spoon to pour the mixture on the frying pan.
