Ingredients
500 gr. Pearl Barely
2 regular chopped Apples
1/2 chopped Cabbage
1 can Chickpeas
4 dl. Tahini Dressing mixed with 1 spoonful of mustard. Click the link to see recipe for tahini dressing.
Instructions
- Wash the fruit and vegetables thoroughly and dry them.
- Cook Pearl Barley after package instructions. Cool down afterwards.
- Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- Toss the mixed greens in the tahini dressing mixed with 1 spoonful of mustard.
- Serve the salad immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
