Ingredients
3 medium Tomatoes
1 medium pealed Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Sugar of preference
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch of chili
(powder or fresh)
Juice from 1 Lime
1 small handfull Coriander
Instructions
Put 2 tomatoes, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, lime juice, chili into a blender or food processor.
Blend for very little time – maybe 3 sec. We want it to be chunky.
Chop Coriander & 1 tomato, and put into bowl.
Stir salsa from blender or food processor into the bowl with chopped coriander & tomato.
